Shipping policy

At the moment we can only offer purchases to customers within EU from this site. If you would like a delivery outside of EU please contact us at contact@tallum.se, we will be happy to support you. When you order an item from us you have the opportunity to choose between pickup or home delivery/pick up point delivery. Whether the item is delivered to your home or to a pickup point depends on the delivery address. The available delivery methods for your particular order are shown in the shopping cart when you place your order.

Pickup
You can, free of charge, pick up your orders directly from our warehouse located just outside Stockholm city. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for delivery. You find our warehouse here:

The loading dock is located at the back of the building, at the end of the fenced yard. Entrance from Slakthusgatan 26.

Delivery cost
The delivery cost for your order is stated directly in the shopping cart in connection with your order and is also shown in the written order confirmation you receive after your order.

Delivery time
We try to handle the deliveries as fast as possible. If the delivery time is longer than what appears in the order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as we receive information about the delay. Tallum AB can not be responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Unclaimed packages 
Packages needs to be collected within four days after notification from the carrier. If we cannot deliver the shipment due to the recipient not being available or unable to receive the goods at the specified delivery address, the package will be sent back to us and the order will be cancelled. The customer will be refunded automatically on the original payment, minus shipping fee and any additional costs for the return.
