This website is provided by Tallum AB. The designations "we, our, our, us" refer to the Tallum AB. These General terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, buy from www.tallum.se/www.tallum.com or by placing an order directly from us. To place an order from us you must be 18 years old. By placing your order, you accept our general terms and conditions and certify that the information you have provided about yourself is valid.

Prices & Payment
All prices includes VAT according to selected country. If you would like to make an international order or for business customers within EU (Tax Exempt) please contact us at email@example.com, we will be happy to support you. Shipping costs are added depending on which shipping option you choose when you place your order.
At the moment we offer purchases to european customers from our webbshop. When you order an item from us here, you have the opportunity to choose between pickup or home delivery. The available delivery methods for your particular order are shown in the shopping cart when you place your order.
You can, free of charge, pick up your orders directly from our warehouse located just outside Stockholm city. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for delivery. You find our warehouse here:

The delivery cost for your order is stated directly in the shopping cart in connection with your order and is also shown in the written order confirmation you receive after your order.
We try to handle the deliveries as fast as possible. If the delivery time is longer than what appears in the order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as we receive information about the delay. Tallum AB can not be responsible for delays caused by third parties, and which are beyond our control.
Packages needs to be collected within four days after notification from the carrier. If we cannot deliver the shipment due to the recipient not being available or unable to receive the goods at the specified delivery address, the package will be sent back to us and the order will be canceled. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment, minus our shipping and additional costs for the return.
Returns & Refund
Transport damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any transport damage, such as damage to goods, packaging damage or missing package, must be noted on the carrier's waybill and signed by both you and the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We have the right to correct any errors in prices and product information that may appear in our communications. The information and prices of all products in our inventory are subject to change at any time and we may adjust incorrect pricing without prior notice. This also applies to price adjustments, final sales, stock discrepancies, technical issues, changes in technical specifications, and typographical errors on our website or in advertisements. Orders with incorrect information may be cancelled. Promotions are only valid while stocks last and any exceptions will be specified in the product description. Please note that the colors of the products displayed on our website may not be an exact representation of their actual appearance due to variations in monitor and screen settings. The images and product samples on our website are only intended to give you an idea of the product and the actual product may look different. This is especially true for natural materials, such as stone with marbling, which may show variations between pieces.
